We aim to deliver products within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch across India. Please note that these are estimated delivery times.

Shipping is free for all orders over ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Q9: Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, certain items like henna, liquid products, used innerwear, and electronics with broken seals are non-returnable. Products that are used or damaged by the customer are also not eligible for return.
Q10: How will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, the refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs) will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
